Hello everyone,

Sorry, I should have introduced myself but I also had to produce my 3 month sales tax return tonight so my mind was somewhere else.

My biggest collecting interest is in stripper and charger clips............. nearly 900 different ones with many more still to find. I also collect Enfield No4 spike bayonets, Enfield brass oilers and drill and exercise cartridges. I am busy collecting information and trying to learn Dreamweaver so I can work on my website www.stripper-clips.com but life is too busy at the moment.

As for Italian, I will need all the help I can get so please be patient!

The 7,92x57 clip is certainly difficult to find.......... are they real?

This one does not belong to me although I would like to buy it. The cartridges are 7,92x57mm headstamped 'BPD953'.

I have one of these cartridges in my collection. It is magnetic so either steel jacket with lead core or steel core with copper or tombak (nickle plated) jacket.

The tip of the bullet is not very magnetic so I think it is a steel core. I hope this helps.
